• Own the floor: daily operations, store vibe, and customer flow all you.
• Bring next-level service: make every visit feel personal and unforgettable.
• Drive the numbers: smash goals and then go beyond.
• Keep it fresh: visual merchandising that turns heads.
• Be the rock: manage issues, solve problems, and keep it cool.
• Work with purpose: support stock, day-to-day rhythm, and customer engagement.

Who You Are

• Experienced in fashion or retail (streetwear is a big plus).
• Confident, dynamic, and not afraid to lead or take initiative.
• Obsessed with detail and organization.
• Energized by fast-paced environments.
• Problem-solver and 100% customer-focused.
• Available on weekends and holidays; that’s when the vibe peaks.
• Fluent in English, Dutch or other languages? Big bonus.
