Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Commercial Sales Analyst to join our K‑Way team in Turin. The ideal candidate will support the commercial department through data analysis, sales performance reporting, order management oversight, and coordination with international clients.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical and commercial skills within a dynamic, international, and fashion‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data, commercial KPIs, and order portfolios to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management and the sales team.
  • Monitor order flows, stock availability, and delivery performance, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with international clients and internal teams to optimize order processes and commercial activities.
  • Support forecasting activities, sales planning, and budget preparation.
  • Assist in monitoring credit exposure, payment follow‑ups, and coordination with the finance team.
  • Support sales colleagues during Business Week and assist Management with showroom presentations.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Excellent command of Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, data analysis tools).
  • Prior experience in sales analysis, customer service, or commercial operations is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
  • Interest in international markets, commercial dynamics, and the fashion industry.
  • Ability to work in a structured environment while managing multiple priorities.

The position will be in Turin HQ.
