アマゾンウェブサービス（AWS）では、お客様のDXを推進するためのビジネスコンサルタトを採用しており、お客様のビジネスおよび技術的な課題について深く理解し、それを解決するための革新的なアイデアをお客様と一緒に作り上げることが期待されます。コスト最適化、売上成長、新規事業創造といった自社またはお客様企業の経営陣が抱える課題に対してデジタル技術を駆使して解決すべく、多くの人を巻き込みながらリードし成果を残してきた方を求めています。特に新規事業創造の領域では、顧客起点でのイノベーションを構築あるいは推進したことがあり、実験を通じて改良を重ねお客様にとって最良のアイデアを創出するためのスキルや経験は重要です。顧客のビジネス目標を達成するたの複数のプロジェクトを推進した経験や実績、優れたプロジェクトマネジメントスキル、お客様志向のコラボレーション能力、データに基づく意思決定や活動、デジタル技術やクラウドソリューションの十分な理解、お客様の変革を支援する情熱や自分ごとでビジネスの結果に責任を持って推進できるオーナーシップなども必要になります。

DXという幅広い領域の中でも、特に以下のインダストリー領域もしくはドメイン領域のいずれかに対して深い経験とスキルを持った人材を重点的に求めています。

• デジタルマーケティングやEコマース領域（特に小売、消費財/日用品、航空/鉄道、その他B2Cサービスなどの業界）
• スポーツビジネス/スポーツDX（ファンエンゲージメント/マネタイズ、アスリート育成、スポーツ医療/ヘルスケア）
• ゲーム・エンターテインメント・メディア業界
• CIO/CDOが責任を持つ全社的なIT/DX戦略の立案と遂行
• サプライチェーン変革（ビジネスだけではなく変革に必要なデジタル技術への知見と経験がある方）
• BPR (Business Process Re‑Engineering)の構想立案から実行

Key job responsibilities

• お客様の組織においてCレベルのマネジメント層やビジネス事業部責任者とのリレーションシップを築く。
• お客様の経営の現状理解、経営目標とそれを達成する上での重要な課題を明確化する。
• お客様が最良のDXソリューションを生み出し、実際にビジネス価値を創出できるよう共に挑戦する。
• イノベーションや、プロダクトマネジメント、ソフトウェアエンジニアリング、データ分析等に関するベストプラクティスを示し、複数のプラクティスメンバーとコラボレーションしてビジネス価値を最大化する。
• 顧客起点でのイノベーションプログラムの定義やガイド、導入を行う。
• アイデアの実証実験デザインや試行を通じて強力にお客様をガイドする。
• アイデアの独自性や便益、ビジネスケースや経営インパクトをお客様と共同で検討する。
• お客様の要望を理解するためにプリセールス活動に参加する。
• DX推進支援に必要な新しいオファリングを開発・提案し、デリバリする。
