This position reports to: R&D Team Lead

Your Role and Responsibilities

This role contributes to the development and maintenance of low voltage breakers in the workshop area of the Bergamo plant. Main stakeholders are prototype specialists and laboratories.

  • Planning of resources and activities to improve production and define time tables.
  • Manage the quality control of goods provided by external partners.
  • Develop mechanical prototypes according to R&D instructions and procedures.
  • Define the best operations to build or assemble components.

Qualifications For The Role

  • You hold a five‑year technical diploma or similar field of studies.
  • You have 2‑5 years experience in planning roles.
  • Knowledge in development, assembling, quality control and electrical products would be considered a plus.
  • Hands‑on experience with mechanical troubleshooting and reworking.
  • Teamworking, relationship and problem‑solving skills.
  • You are at ease communicating in Italian and English at B1 level.
