Descrizione del lavoro

We're hiring an Internal Travel Agent to design, price, and operate padel trips for corporations, padel clubs, padel communities, and bespoke customers.

You will

  • Proactively create a rolling calendar of padel itineraries by destination, season, and audience segment
  • Scope client needs and turn them into crisp, margin‑positive proposals within SLA
  • Own end‑to‑end operations—from supplier sourcing and rate cards to booking, documentation, and on‑trip support
  • Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to package offers and fuel demand with compelling content

This is a blended product creation + operations + client service role for someone who lives, travels, speaks the language of suppliers, and understands the rhythms of padel.

Key Responsibilities

Trip Calendar & Programming

  • Build/maintain a quarterly padel trip portfolio across priority destinations
  • Create trip tiers (corporate offsites, club clinics, community tournaments, family‑friendly breaks) with clear positioning and capacity plans
  • Validate demand via discovery calls, interest lists, and early‑bird deposits; manage go/no‑go gates (D-90/D-60/D-30)

Supplier Network & Commercials

  • Source and negotiate with hotels, resorts, padel/tennis clubs, coaches, transport providers, destination management companies
  • Secure rate cards, allotments and cancellation terms; maintain a vetted supplier scorecard per destination
  • Protect gross margin via smart packaging, upsells (coaching, gear, hospitality, tourism experiences), and yield on court time

Client Discovery & Packaging

  • Run discovery for corporates, clubs, communities, and bespoke clients (goals, pax mix, budget, dates)
  • Deliver proposal packs (itinerary, inclusions, court plan, logistics, pricing) timely
  • Coordinate with Sales/Account Managers to close, then handhold clients through documentation and pre‑trip comms

Operations & Fulfilment

  • Own booking stack (accommodation, court time, coaches, ground transport, catering, extras); manage rooming lists
  • Issue travel documents, waivers, insurance confirmations; provide on‑trip support and incident escalation

Marketing & Communications

  • Supply ready‑to‑share kits (flyers, social copy, email templates, landing pages) to clubs and corporate POCs
  • Maintain proactive cadence: monthly updates, countdown comms, service notices; gather UGC and testimonials post‑trip

Data, Reporting & Process

  • Maintain CRM hygiene: leads → quotes → bookings; track proposals sent, win rate, margin, NPS
  • Report KPIs by segment (corporate/club/community/bespoke); improve templates and checklists to scale volume

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5+ years in the travel industry (travel agency, tour operator, DMC, corporate/incentive sports travel)
  • Proven itinerary building across multi‑component trips and supplier negotiation experience
  • Excellent English (spoken & written). Spanish strongly preferred; additional EU languages a plus
  • Commercial acumen (scoping, pricing, margin protection) and client empathy under tight timelines
  • Process ownership

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with padel and/or tennis formats, coaching structures, and event flow
  • Existing network of sports resorts/padel clubs/coaches in Europe/Med (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Balkans, Nordics)
  • Experience running corporate offsites/incentives and managing allotments for 10‑40 pax groups
