JOB TITLE: Digital Acquisition Manager
LOCATION: Milan, HQ (hybrid)
SALARY RANGE: 40‑50K based on seniority
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent, Full Time
REPORTING TO: Head of Digital Acquisition
We are seeking a highly technical, performance‑driven Digital Acquisition Specialist with 3‑5 years of experience managing large‑scale, data‑intensive campaigns.
What you will do:
- Manage different Digital Acquisition budgets and maximize return on investment.
- Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other channels.
- Conduct recurring weekly and monthly SEA and paid social optimisation tasks (keyword expansion, ad testing, audience approach, creativity management, etc.).
- Contribute to granular optimisation – bidding, audience, creative, ad copy, landing page and analytics.
- Support reporting and analysis, identifying areas of growth and opportunity.
- Automate and optimise all bid‑related tasks; collaborate on the “present” of digital acquisition (AI, automation, reporting, campaign structure, etc.).
- Collaborate on learning agendas, split tests, new platform capabilities and industry trends with other teams.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience managing complex performance campaigns with sizable budgets; experience at a technology, digital marketplace or travel company is a plus.
- Experience running advertising effectiveness experiments, including A/B, audiences, geographic and bidding experimentation.
- Strong knowledge of bidding strategies and tools.
- Analytics tools proficiency: Google Analytics, GTM and other comparable platforms; working knowledge of G‑sheet/Excel.
- Passion for customer acquisition dynamics and consumer paths; stay ahead of new platform capabilities and emerging technologies.
- Good predisposition to prioritise workload with minimal supervision.
- Clear and thorough communication skills, both verbal and written; fluent in Italian and English.
