In this role, you'll review and handle legal and compliance-related content across major social media and digital platforms, from privacy claims and fraud to defamation and falsification. You'll be on the front line of Trust & Safety, helping ensure that users and businesses can interact online with confidence. Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal. Work type: On-site. Relocation bonus available for candidates moving from abroad.

Responsibilities

• Review and process legal content requests related to privacy, defamation, fraud, and falsification.
• Monitor digital activity and ensure compliance with platform policies, legal standards, and regulations.
• Assess potential legal risks and escalate when needed.
• Support business objectives by implementing effective online compliance strategies.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism while handling sensitive information.

• Italian C2 and English B2+.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
