During Peak Events (High Season) this role is required to work on weekends and Holidays, also during night shifts to ensure the execution of plans. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership experience, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to drive operational excellence through team coordination and data-driven decision making while maintaining an empathetic approach to leadership. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and a proven track record of implementing successful process improvements is essential.

The Operations Manager role is a strategic part of coordinating our operations both inside the building and outside on route. As an Ops Manager, you will be a key strategic piece in delivering results. You will develop a team of more junior managers who are starting their careers, guiding them towards success. This position requires a strong attention to operational metrics and the ability to coordinate a team to deliver results.

You will be part of the Amazon Logistics Team, responsible for the day-to-day management of the delivery station, overseeing operations that focus on delivering Amazon orders directly to customers. Lead a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Providers in daily management of the delivery station, including meetings, training sessions, assigning job duties, and communicating with DSPs, including management representatives and their drivers. Ensure a safe workplace, properly trained personnel, and address team needs so they can focus on their jobs. Coordinate operations both within the facility and for on-route activities.
