For one of our client Companies, a prestigious industrial Group with a strong international presence and owner of well-known brands, we are seeking a

GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The candidate will play a key role in defining and implementing the Group's economic and financial strategies, operating in a complex, modernly organized industrial environment with a strong international presence.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the economic development and protection of corporate assets by developing budget policies, planning strategies, control, and credit management.
  • Coordinate the Administration, Finance, and Control functions at Group level, ensuring the preparation of financial statements (statutory and consolidated), budget management, strategic and operational planning, and support for extraordinary M&A projects.
  • Define and implement the Group's financial planning, constantly monitoring economic stability and key financial risks.
  • Supervise treasury activities and debt / equity structure management, optimizing relationships with financial stakeholders and credit institutions, ensuring efficient flows and timely reporting.
  • Actively participate in corporate strategic committees and promote integration between the Finance, Treasury, and Control areas.

Ideal candidate requirements:

  • Proven experience (+20 years) in the Finance function, including at least 10 years acting as CFO, preferably in the Food, FMCG, Large-Scale Retail, or FMCG consumer goods sectors with a high marketing and brand component.
  • Current or previous experience in listed companies.
  • Degree in economics.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
