Colossus Digital is a technical provider in blockchain, helping institutions like banks, funds, and custodians participate in blockchain ecosystems, focusing on staking. Colossus digital created the Institutional Hub, a B2B Marketplace that enables secure, compliant staking directly from custody providers, such as Ledger Enterprise, Fireblocks or Dfns, unlocking asset productivity across multiple blockchains.

We’re looking for a Middle/Senior Backend Developer to lead and scale our backend systems. You’ll own architecture, drive performance, and ensure security across our microservices and AKS infrastructure.

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience with Node.js (NestJS preferred)
• Expertise in microservices, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), and Docker/Kubernetes
• Solid knowledge of MongoDB, API design, and backend security (OAuth2, JWT)
• Leadership in architecture and mentoring
• Testing Frameworks (such as Jest)
• Secure, scalable microservices architecture
