DISEGNATORE MECCANICO 3D

Overview

Adecco Italia, in partnership with Adecco Crema, is recruiting a 3D mechanical drafter to work for a medium-sized company in the mechanical carpentry sector, with a start date in January 2026.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of technical mechanical drafting and the main 3D CAD software for project development;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sheet‑metal manufacturing environments;
• Familiarity with sheet‑metal development processes, metallic material fundamentals, and welding procedures;
• Experience with laser cutting technologies (considered a plus);
• Ability to work in a team, a continuous improvement mindset, and strong pro‑activity.

Responsibilities

The applicant will join a technical office and will have the opportunity to grow professionally by acquiring skills in off‑sheet manufacturing processes (e.g., turning and milling), developing commercial offers, and managing client relationships. The role also offers potential specialization in safety, maintenance, and quality.

Compensation & Location

Salary will be in line with the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria, commensurate with experience and skills, and will include meal vouchers. Worksite: near Crema (CR). Working hours: Central time (08:00‑17:00), Full Time.
