Channel Account Manager (m / f / d) Enterprise - Italy - Home Office

  • Identify potential key partners (System Integrators, Consulting firms, VARs).
  • Facilitate business development with these partners, assisting them in developing a long-term successful strategy for achieving their business goals.
  • Manage the sales forecast, drive pipeline, and handle registration/escalation processes for your region.
  • Align closely with the Distribution Manager & Sales Teams to qualify new opportunities, position the best partners, and develop the best offers with a unified approach.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute sales strategies, promote product enhancements, and introduce new features.
  • Recruit new partners, build business plans, and conduct customer mapping & setting objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales, certification, and technical enablement programs for partner teams.
  • Promote TeamViewer Enterprise products & strategies through demos, marketing events, brand awareness initiatives, and co-marketing activities with partners.

What you bring :

  • Proven enterprise channel sales and account management experience in the IT industry for 5 years or more, with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with SI implementation teams or managing channel partners for a SaaS vendor.
  • Business-level English and fluent Italian language skills.
  • Motivated to work with cutting-edge technologies and leverage them to generate business value for partners.
  • Customer-focused with a willingness to exceed partner expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and quick learning ability.
  • Strong commitment and desire to succeed in sales.
