JD Sports Fashion - Retail Sales Associate

As a member of the JD Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers during their store visit. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and utilize available in-store devices.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Assisting customers throughout the sales process, from product selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met;
2. Providing alternatives and maximizing sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company to ensure customer satisfaction;
3. Maintaining sales standards consistently;
4. Checking stock levels on the sales floor and replenishing as necessary to ensure a full range of sizes is available.

Requirements:

• Experience in retail preferred;
• Excellent communication and customer management skills;
• Teamwork orientation and attention to detail;
• Mandatory registration with the Italian Employment Center (L. 68/99).
