Permitting Specialist

Opdenergy, an independent renewable energy producer with over 19 years of experience and presence in Europe, the United States, and Latin America, is seeking a Permitting Specialist to support our projects in Italy.

Responsibilities:

1. Support and follow-up on permitting activities for potential greenfield PV projects developed internally.
2. Develop PV projects from greenfield to ready-to-build stage.
3. Monitor and review documentation for permits, guarantees of adequacy, and follow-up execution as needed.
4. Interact with private and public entities.
5. Negotiate and collaborate with legal teams to close agreements such as land agreements, SPA, co-development agreements, etc.
6. Identify all permitting activities necessary to bring projects to "ready to build" status.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in permitting renewable energy projects.
2. Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
3. Good command of English.
4. Remote work model with periodic visits to our offices in Bologna.
5. Stable position with a permanent contract.
