Project Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support the development and growth of our Italian Department. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the design, safety assessment, and construction of embankment/concrete dams and hydropower plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive management of projects related to dams and hydropower facilities.
- Planning, organizing, and monitoring resources assigned to the projects.
- Providing technical guidance for both internal and external project teams.
- Support to the Project Manager/Supervisor for contractual issues.
- Conduct short‑term field assignments as required.
Requirements Profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering (MSc., PhD is an asset).
- 10 years of proven experience in dams & hydro engineering, with a portfolio of successful local and international projects.
- Experience in conception, design, and construction follow‑up of dams.
- Knowledge of international standards and guidelines for dam design, including ICOLD, USBR, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally for short‑term assignments.
