Your missions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Perform process mapping and gap analysis to propose solutions.
• Analyze data using SQL, Python, or R to support decision-making.
• Document business processes, requirements, and proposed solutions.
• Develop user stories and business workflows, and manage documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and feasibility studies with cross-functional teams.
• Assist project managers in defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Your profile

• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools (Python or R).
• Experience in business process documentation and improvement.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with technical writing and documentation.
• Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Fluent English; Italian is a plus.
• Ability to synthesize and communicate complex information clearly.
