SAP MDM Consultant - Global Pharmaceutical Transformation
Hybrid (Milan, Italy) | Start: Dec 2025 | End: April 2026

Conexus are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organisation embarking on the final migration phase of their global S/4HANA transformation. We are searching for an experienced SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant to support the Mock 4 migration in Q1 2025, ensuring the smooth transition of business-critical master data.

Responsibilities:

• Support upcoming data migration and Mock 4 readiness activities
• Ensure master data consistency and quality across all business domains
• Work closely with the Master Data Lead and other consultants during testing and cutover
• Provide functional support across multiple streams including Finance, Controlling, Procurement, Sales & Distribution, EWM, Manufacturing, Quality, and TM
• Contribute to data governance and best practices in a regulated pharmaceutical environment

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Master Data (Customer, Vendor, Material)
• Functional knowledge across key business areas (Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to be onsite in Milan during key migration phases

Start Date: 1st December 2025
End Date: 15th April 2026
