Your opportunity
Manage all projects related to Client Relationship Management to enhance client loyalty worldwide, aligning with the House's identity. Translate data into insights to develop strategies for increasing acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Lead a CRM specialist and collaborate with the VIC (‘Very Important Clients’) department. Work closely with Retail, Marketing, eCommerce, IT, and Legal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and support the House's growth.
