Your Responsibilities

Provide top-tier support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat

Solve problems and answer inquiries related to bookings, digital tools, or tech services

Represent international brands with professionalism and empathy

Collaborate virtually with colleagues from around the world

What Youll Bring

Fluent Italian (C2) and good command of English (B2)

Valid EU passport or residence visa in Portugal

High school diploma (A-level or equivalent)

A proactive, customer-focused mindset

Willingness to work in rotating shifts for schedule flexibility
