IT TECHNICIAN

STB SYS Automation provides Innovative Solutions in the field of Industrial Automation.

The IT technician plans and supports the IT / OT manager in managing and coordinating hardware and software structures, ensuring maintenance and promoting technological development.

Responsibilities :

• Manages technical support requests received from users.
• Manages server infrastructure backup activities.
• Manages and configures desktops, laptops, projectors, and video communication devices according to the IT / OT manager’s directives.
• Keeps the hardware inventory updated and manages purchased software licenses.
• Provides technical support to the IT manager in implementing projects.
• Supports the IT / OT manager in administering the company network, ensuring availability and integrity of data stored on various production server PCs.
• Interfaces with suppliers for managing external technical services.
• Manages mobile devices such as tablets with production applications.
• Monitors network infrastructure and suggests changes to the IT manager.

Requirements :

• High school diploma / degree in computer science or related field.
• Over three years of experience in the field.
• Knowledge of VB / VBA / VBS programming languages.
• Familiarity with common computer systems (Microsoft Office, Outlook).
• Good knowledge of local networks and their management systems.
• Technical English proficiency.
