Sales Associate

Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the retail store. This role involves stocking inventory, maintaining store cleanliness, providing excellent customer service, and handling financial transactions.

Base pay range

$11.00/hr - $12.50/hr

Education And Experience

• One (1) or more years’ Experience working in retail environment (Preferred)
• No Licensure or Certification Required.

• Full compliance with company uniform policy.
• Understand compliance with clocking in and out on the store\'s computer system.
• Must be able to lift, stand and remain active for the duration of the shift, with frequent movement around the store to assist customers and maintain store image to company standards.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Must have a form of communication to be reached.
• Knowledge of procedures and operation of the following: cash register, SNAP purchases, cash control policy, safe drop procedures, selling and cashing lottery and lotto tickets, beer, and wine sales, completed a certified alcohol sellers\' training program, tobacco, and money order sales.
