Process Engineer

We are looking for a Process Engineer to support the development and management of test benches for avionics equipment.

About This Vacancy

The resource will be responsible for analyzing, defining, and optimizing production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational efficiency.

• Analyze the Technical Data Package (TDP) and provide feedback to the design team.
• Evaluate time and methods, defining work cycles and production processes.
• Develop and maintain production documentation, including part lists, work cycles, drawings, and production specifications.
• Analyze production capacity and develop flow charts and Value Stream Maps to optimize production flows.
• Manage non-conformity analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Provide support to production departments and promote lean manufacturing methodologies (5S).
• Utilize problem‑solving tools (RCA, FMEA, Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why, 5W+1H, Pareto diagram) and quality methodologies.
• Draft technical documentation such as method sheets, operating instructions, and technical reports.

What We Expect From You

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Previous experience in the configuration of devices or their bill of materials.
• In‑depth knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP) and PLM.
• Ability to synthesize and clearly present data.
• Knowledge of production processes, workflows, and special processes.
• Experience with problem‑solving tools and quality methodologies.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing (5S) and process control tools.
• Native Italian speaker and good knowledge of English.
