Job Overview

• Define the scope and objectives of business systems through research and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Analyse user needs and adjust system logic to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Oversee business systems projects from inception through implementation and support.
• Design PowerBI dashboards and functional prototypes to support data‑driven requirements gathering.
• Extract, query, and interpret complex lab data using SQL to inform clinical and operational decisions.
• Translate technical infrastructure requirements into accessible documentation and actionable plans.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration to align technology with business goals in clinical trial settings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Life Sciences.
• 10–15 years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst, including 6 years in a Central Lab or Clinical Trials environment preferred.
• Deep understanding of business applications and client requirements in a regulated setting.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and managing data in complex systems.
• Proficiency with PowerBI to translate datasets into dynamic visualizations and insights.
• Knowledge of lab data structures, enterprise platforms, and clinical research workflows.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and coordination skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
