Senior Functional Analyst – Materials Management & Production Planning

TEXA S.p.A. is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst – Materials Management & Production Planning.

The candidate will join a digital transformation project implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O as a replacement for AX2012. The engagement lasts 36–42 months, with the headquarters in Italy and seven overseas branches. The team is mixed internal and external, partnering with a leading system integrator, focusing on analysis and adoption of best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze procurement, material management, production planning, and vendor processes.
  • Configure the modules Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Production Control and Master Planning.
  • Define solutions for MRP, bill of materials, work centers and production orders.
  • Integrate with Finance, Sales, Quality and external systems (PLM, MES).
  • Support testing, data migration, user training and change management.

Technical Competencies

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 in the Supply Chain and Demand Planning modules.
  • Knowledge of advanced D365 features such as Planning Optimization, Product Information Management, Advanced Quality Management, Inventory and Warehouse Management, and Inventory Visibility.
  • Experience with Finance integrations to external systems.
  • Desirable skills in Mulesoft or other ESB platforms.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Economics or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of corporate or consulting experience in the field.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
