Required Experience:

• Degree in Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development, validation, and annual review of statistical, actuarial risk, and behavioural models for Motor insurance
• Manage and assess data from both internal and external sources, ensuring it meets quality standards and is suitable for modelling
• Drive pricing analysis and optimization for renewals and new business, working closely with the Retail Pricing office
• Pioneer and apply innovative data analysis techniques—including machine learning and data science—to enhance Motor pricing processes

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong written and spoken English skills
• 3–5 years’ proven experience in predictive analytics, statistical modelling, or actuarial analysis within non-life insurance
• Solid math and analytical abilities, supported by your degree
• Programming skills in SAS, Python (data analysis in Python is a plus), or R
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with WTW Emblem, Classifier, and Radar software
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
