Job Description Summary

The Business Analytics Analyst will play a key role in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence. This position involves analyzing complex business data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support various departments.

Main Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business insights to stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for improvement and address potential challenges.
• Conduct in-depth ad‑hoc analysis to support specific business initiatives and answer critical questions from management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT) to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Support the implementation and optimization of business intelligence (BI) tools and platforms.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality, data governance, and analytical processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry best practices in business analytics and data science.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with business intelligence (BI) platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
• Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Knowledge of the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus.
