Job Description
We are looking for a recent graduate who will contribute to achieving and exceeding targets through the following activities:
- Plan, deliver and monitor training courses/sessions in each phase of the learning process;
- Relations with trainers and consultants to define course content (verify availablity of instructors and/or suppliers, locations ecc)
- Support for classroom organization and preparation of needed materials. Possible classroom tutoring (moderation platform)
Back Office activities:
- Creation of training sessions on the management system, registers, and surveys.
- Monitoring and preparation of documents for funded training (minutes, request for registers, verification with the consultant).
- Management of materials: ordering classroom materials and managing minimum stock, inventory, and reordering.
- Archiving all project-related documentation in the designated network folders.
- Organization and Management of Mandatory Training (safety, compliance & privacy)
Qualifications
What distinguishes you?
- Education : Graduate/undergraduate student in management HR/Degree
- Work style : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Autonomy and accuracy
- Experience and know-how: Familiarity with the MS Office package, particularly Power Point and MS Excel

To support the company's continuous growth, we are looking for a resource to join the Retail team as a Field Training & Standard Specialist . This role will contribute to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of operational and visual standards for the stores, ensuring consistency, quality, and a customer experience aligned with the Poke House identity.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Definition and monitoring of brand standards
- Creation and implementation of guidelines related to:
- Look & Feel of the stores (interior and exterior)
- Functional signage for the customer experience
- Company uniform (consistency with visual identity and hygiene regulations)
- SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and SOSs (Store Operating Standards) for front and back of house
- Conducting regular audits in stores to verify:
- Cleanliness and order
- Compliance with look & feel and uniform guidelines
- Developing corrective action plans with Area Managers and Store Managers
2. Optimization of operational processes
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency while respecting standards
- Collaborating with store teams to implement practical and consistent solutions
- Monitoring HACCP and Food Safety software, resolving any issues
3. Training and staff development
- Organizing and conducting training sessions on standards and operating procedures
- Collecting feedback through post-training surveys
- Drafting reports on the costs of the sessions
- Collaborating with Store Managers and Area Managers to identify training improvement opportunities
- Analyzing KPIs and metrics including:
- Customer reviews (GMB)
- Mystery shopper rating and NPS
- Supporting Area Managers in managing:
- Orders
5. Marketing and communication support
- Supervising the release and correct display of marketing/communication materials in stores
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure the operational effectiveness of projects
6. Special projects and innovation
- Participating in research and innovation activities to improve the customer experience
- Collaborating with the e-learning team for the implementation of the training platform
- Organizing and managing menu reviews with the Product team and the Brand Standard Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the fast-casual/fast-food sector or in managing brand standards and customer experience
- Ability to operate in dynamic and high-intensity operating environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects
- Excellent ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Availability for frequent travel
