We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as Area Sales Manager for the specified area. The position requires good technical and management experience, and the ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Your responsibilities
- As a Technical Consultant, you play a crucial role within EPLAN. Your expertise helps our Italian customers realize their ambitions and goals. You analyze customer processes and know how to bridge the gap between our solutions and customer needs.
- Thanks to your thorough knowledge of engineering processes, you know how to convert customer problems into clear, workable plans. You carry out implementation projects, including configuring and adapting the software to the customer's specific requirements.
- You serve as the link between (pre)sales and after-sales. Even after implementation, you offer continuous support to ensure customers maximize the benefits of our software.
- As an EPLAN expert, you provide specialized training, seminars, and workshops at customer premises or during events. You collaborate with the development team to convey customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in industrial automation or a similar technical field.
- At least 5 years of engineering experience in various fields, with an understanding of how engineering departments are organized.
- Experience with EPLAN applications or other ECAD software is a plus, but a tailored onboarding process will be provided.
- Proactive, independent, meticulous, with a creative and dynamic personality. Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills in Italian and English. Flexible and capable of working across departments and companies.
