Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial operations of the Company, including controlling, accounting, treasury, tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Group policies and statutory requirements;
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the Managing Director and the leadership team, supporting decision‑making and long‑term business planning;
  • Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and business performance analyses, ensuring transparency and reliability of financial information;
  • Strengthen the controlling function by developing robust performance monitoring tools and KPIs to drive efficiency and profitability;
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning to ensure financial stability and optimal resource allocation;
  • Act as a key interface with Group Finance, external auditors, and financial institutions, ensuring effective communication and compliance with global reporting standards;
  • Drive process improvement and digitalisation within the finance function to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness;
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
  • Support sustainability and transformation initiatives, aligning financial management with long‑term strategic goals.

Preferred Capabilities

  • The ideal candidate is an experienced finance professional with a solid background in controlling and financial management, capable of providing strategic and operational leadership within a complex industrial environment.
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; an MBA or professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage;
  • Demonstrated senior experience in Finance and Controlling within a structured multinational or similar high‑volume manufacturing Company;
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and performance management;
  • Demonstrated expertise in controlling, cost analysis, and business partnering to support operational and strategic decisions;
  • Strong expertise in the financial control and valuation of inventory and stock management dynamics;
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and strong command of Excel and financial analysis tools;
  • Solid understanding of corporate finance, cash flow management, and investment evaluation;
  • Experience in leading and developing multidisciplinary finance teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail, combined with a pragmatic and solution‑oriented mindset;
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and interact confidently with international stakeholders;
  • Fluency in English.
