Job Purpose
The role of the Pre-sales, Client Delivery and Support Specialist involves providing technical and functional support throughout the client lifecycle. This includes assisting the sales team with product information, pricing, and sample data; designing and delivering both standard and customized data-feed services; and offering post-sales support through help desk activities. The role also entails analyzing client portfolios and data requests, developing extraction criteria, and producing documentation to support IDS Italy solutions. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a client-oriented mindset are essential to ensure high-quality service and continuous improvement.
