Workforce Planning and HR Data Analyst
The candidate joining the Human Capital Cost Control, Data and Operations will supporttheteamin:
- Manage the monitoring and reporting of workforce data
- Perform data gathering, cleansing, reconciliation and analysis to provide HR managers with an updated view on workforce status and evolution
- Proactively design and propose ways to standardize, streamline and automate workforce data collection
- Manage all the workforce‑related reporting activities to Generali’s Group Head Office and other Generali Investments stakeholders (Finance, Operations, etc.)
- Support the development of PowerBI dashboards and other HR analytics tools
- Process ad‑hoc HR‑related requests and perform analyses for a variety of stakeholders within the Business Unit
- Support in the management, planning & control of compensation costs across GIH entities (over 500m€)
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar
- Ability to analyze and present data in a clear and impactful way
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Feeling for numbers, ability to process data to drive business outcomes
- Attention to details and ability to identify and solve problems
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Italian is nice‑to‑have but not mandatory
