We are looking for a profile (Protected Category, Art. 1) to join the Finance, Control & Credit Department, within the Credit Management structure, focused on credit recovery and management.

Main activities:

• Monitoring payments in SAP
• Credit recovery
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Use of email
• Telephone contact with clients
• Knowledge of the customer base under management
• Basic data processing and analysis related to activities performed

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills with external clients and internal colleagues
• Ability to handle requests from clients or other business areas
