As the Analytical Engineer, you will be responsible for executing orders for Liquid and Gas analytical systems in Petro-Chemical customer applications and processes (Refining, Ethylene, LNG). You will plan, coordinate, control, and direct engineering of analyzer systems contracts to meet the functional and schedule requirements of customer orders while maintaining division service levels and financial objectives. You will also act as a technical resource and leader for other functional engineers.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Ensuring all engineering results are delivered on time and meet quality standards;
  • Understanding customer applications and processes (refining, ethylene, LNG);
  • Serving as the primary technical contact for the Owner / Engineering Contractor;
  • Supporting the Project Manager during proposal handover, internal and customer kick-off meetings, project status meetings, and customer meetings;
  • Reviewing and understanding customer technical specifications and standards to ensure system compliance;
  • Designing technical solutions for specific customer applications, including creating P&IDs and designing sample handling systems and enclosures;
  • Leading engineering project documentation and certification requirements;
  • Developing detailed designs based on project documents and incorporating customer feedback;
  • Managing technical variations in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Process Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience;
  • Strong technical understanding of process engineering and instrumentation;
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Practical experience with analytical systems is an advantage;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office products.
