Tecnicaer Engineering S.r.l., active since 2004, is an engineering and architecture company specializing in integrated BIM design for both public and private projects.

The services offered include architectural, mechanical / electrical / plumbing, and structural design, with particular expertise in the hospital, educational, and penitentiary / public building sectors.

Their experience in complex contracts allows them to play an active role in the overall management of the project, from the bidding phase to project management and safety coordination during execution, covering all design phases.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• CAD-to-BIM modeling;
• Preparation of spreadsheets for estimates and cost analysis;
• Detailed structural checks in accordance with current national and European regulations;
• Ability to independently manage, after sharing design guidelines, the modeling of a complex building;
• Ability to work towards objectives and autonomously plan activities;
• Ability to work in a team with a problem-solving and proactive attitude;
• Creativity and personal research and training activities;

SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

• Autodesk collection (Autocad, Revit); Experience : minimum 1 year;
• Sap2000;
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project);
