Position: Permanent, 40 hours per week

What You’ll Do :

As a Sales Associate, your responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service through detailed product knowledge.
• Building, developing, and maintaining a client database while demonstrating the luxury lifestyle.
• Resolving customer complaints promptly.
• Replenishing stock and supporting stock takes.
• Participating in promotional events and representing Jimmy Choo.
• Contributing ideas to support store performance.
