We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to join our Milan team. This part-time role is ideal for candidates with excellent organisational skills and a natural ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests and suppliers, managing the switchboard and correspondence, and supporting the management team and staff with organisational, administrative, and secretarial tasks. They will coordinate meeting room and travel bookings, ensure the tidiness of shared spaces, and monitor office supplies. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the smooth running of daily office operations.
