Reporting to the CFO & HR Manager, the HRBP will support the business with specific programmes, whilst working on key HR initiatives to support the overall aims of the business, adopting cost-effective solutions along with operational day-to-day HR focus.

He / she will ensure excellent Employee Engagement is maintained, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships on site with people at all levels.

He / she will have the following responsibilities :

  • Work with the senior management team and works council team to improve engagement, work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Build relationships with the External sales team through HR presence at sales and marketing events, joining Area meetings and days out with the team.
  • Drive hiring through active search, usage of social media and hiring platforms, coordination of external consultants, interviews, up to the final selection and contract preparation.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities ensuring proper support to all key functions and hiring managers.
  • Review pay and reward policies and procedures through market pricing and job evaluation in line with budget parameters to remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to critically evaluate and improve reward and recognition policies and processes, ensuring they are integrated with company values and the competency framework.
  • Drive communication, consultation, and education on pay and reward policies.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Offer day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
  • Organise health and well-being events, ensuring they align with our health and well-being statement.
  • Support and lead where necessary HRIS projects.

International manufacturer and supplier of furniture fittings and architectural components. You will play a key role as HR partner to the Italian management team.
