This is a contract role for a M&A Consultant - African Markets. The consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice on mergers and acquisitions in the African market, conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and accounting assessments. This is a remote role.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Consulting, and Finance expertise
• Experience in Due Diligence and Accounting
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in African market
• M&A is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
