Job Description

The ideal candidate is a law graduate with initial experience in banking transactions, structured finance, general corporate loans, or trade finance. Interest in real estate and M&A transactions, particularly in energy and infrastructure sectors, is supportive.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in delivering advice
  • Working with local and international teams of lawyers
  • Conducting legal research and case law studies
  • Handling specialist financing matters including export credit finance, international trade finance, and general corporate loans
  • Advising on shipping, maritime issues, and law
  • Advising on development and financing of renewable energy and infrastructure projects both in Italy and abroad

Skills and Experience

  • Law graduate
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in a third language is a plus
  • Passion for client service
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, technical, and drafting skills

He/she would be energetic, driven, and focused with exceptional academic achievements and a capacity for delivering quality advice accurately and efficiently.
