As a CRM Manager at Satispay, you will lead the development and optimization of customer engagement journeys, designed to empower users with the information and motivation they need to fully unlock their understanding and engagement with our products.
Working closely with our Tech&Product, Legal and Operations teams your mission is to align CRM strategies with product objectives. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
Canvas Strategy and Development – Developing and executing canvas strategies aimed at guiding users through their product journey. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and informative canvas content, including emails, in-app messages, and educational materials.
Data-Driven Insights – Leveraging data analytics to gain insights into user engagement patterns and preferences. You will generate reports and provide recommendations to enhance canvas performance.
User Engagement Optimization – Analyzing user behavior and feedback to continually optimize canvas activities. You will monitor engagement metrics and user interactions to identify opportunities for improvement.
Segmentation and Personalization – Using customer segmentation strategies to tailor canvases to different user segments. You will Implement personalization tactics to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of canvas content.

Extensive Experience: you have at least 4 years of related experience in CRM Consumer and Lifecycle Marketing.
Tool Expertise: you have deep knowledge in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (Braze is a plus).
Creative Mindset: You have a strong creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content that captures attention.
Structured Communication: You are able to communicate in a structured and convincing manner, adapting your style to build trust positively and professionally with various stakeholders.
Impact & Ownership: You are results-oriented, bring an entrepreneurial spirit to your tasks, and are visibly passionate about your work.
Analytical Mindset: You have an analytical viewpoint and the ability to analyse complex data, translating them directly into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
