Recruitment Process
Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Job Description
As a Network Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the design and configuration of hybrid network infrastructures (on‑premise and cloud) within the Defense sector. You will work on command-and-control systems, ensuring secure and efficient network operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a high‑impact industry, applying technical expertise while developing strong foundations for your professional career.
Your missions
- Participate in the design and configuration of hybrid network infrastructures (on‑premise and cloud).
- Configure and manage CISCO equipment.
- Support cybersecurity practices, including VPN management, network segmentation, and device configuration.
- Work with network configuration tools to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with Defense sector standards and requirements.
Your profile
- Academic background: Recent graduate in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Familiarity or experience with network design and configuration, Cisco certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, particularly VPNs and network segmentation.
- Fluent Italian and English (minimum B2 level).
- You have an ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Availability to work in Rome (initial phase onsite, later hybrid mode 50%).
