Bartender per Hotel di Lusso – Roma

Overview

Adecco Tourism & Travel, divisione specializzata di Adecco Italia Spa, is seeking a highly qualified Barman / Barlady for a prestigious hotel in Rome Centro Storico.

Responsibilities

The Barman / Barlady will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing cash transactions, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and orderly bar area.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.
• Previous and proven experience in a similar role at 4 or 5 star luxury hotels.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge of classic and modern cocktail recipes and preparation.
• Competence in cash handling.
• Customer service skills, product promotion, communication, time management, multitasking, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Contract

Initial contract directly with the company for 6 months with subsequent possibility of a permanent contract. CCNL: Federalberghi – Level IV.

Location

Rome – Centro Storico.

Availability

Availability for weekends and holidays.
