Your Role
As a Senior Control System Engineer , you will lead the design and implementation of automation systems that power next-generation energy, and industrial plants. From advanced process control and safety systems , you will ensure that every solution meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and digitalization .
You will act as a strategic advisor to clients , align vendor solutions with project goals, and provide high-level technical leadership throughout the design, FAT/SAT, and commissioning phases .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, review, and validation of DCS, APC, ESD, F&G, and cyber security.
- Serve as technical authority ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, international standards and performance benchmarks.
- Implement advanced control strategies to enhance integration and digitalization.
- Provide expert support during FAT, SAT, commissioning, and plant startup.
- Advise on system security, networking, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
- Represent Key Solution as a trusted partner to global oil & gas major companies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Control Systems, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
- 10+ years in control systems design within Oil & Gas or process industries.
- Expertise with Emerson, Honeywell, ABB, Yokogawa systems.
- Hands‑on system configuration/programming (3+ years).
- Experience in FEED, detailed design, FAT/SAT, commissioning.
- Strong problem‑solving, leadership, and client‑facing skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for extended assignments.
