We are looking for a Tech Leader with experience and a desire to take on new challenges to help expand our technical team. The ideal candidate is someone capable of demonstrating leadership in both Software Development and AI Engineering.

Required competences :

  • Cloud : AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, etc.)
  • Languages : Java, Python, SQL
  • Frameworks : Spring Boot, FastAPI, Flask
  • Databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
  • Architectures : REST APIs, Microservices, Event-driven (RabbitMQ), Cloud-native
  • Methodologies : Agile, TDD, CI / CD, GitFlow
  • [Nice to Have] DevOps & Tools : Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, AWS

Ideal candidate requirements :

  • Passionate about robust architectures and clean code design, combining deep technical expertise with an analytical mindset focused on solving complex problems.
  • Experienced in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems, with particular attention to security, efficiency, and code maintainability.
  • Proficient in using various frameworks and technologies, including Spring Boot, SQL / NoSQL databases, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Accustomed to actively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure both quality and rapid delivery.
  • Motivated by continuous improvement and the adoption of development best practices (CI / CD, automated testing, code review).

The Software Developer position is open in the Pisa or Trento offices.
