Sales and Partnership Manager Europe

Home office in Alto Adige/Bolzano + frequent European travel

Our client is a fast-growing, award-winning SaaS company in the AgTech sector, offering powerful, user-friendly orchard management and AI-driven fruit quality solutions to growers and packers worldwide. As a recognized market leader, they support customers in over 20 countries, enhancing fruit quality and yield, optimizing operations, and minimizing waste. The company is expanding and seeks a Sales and Partnership Manager Europe to accelerate their presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead market expansion, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales across Europe.
  • Develop and implement the European go-to-market and revenue growth strategy in collaboration with the Head of Global Sales.
  • Manage regional revenue targets, combining direct sales with strategic channel partnerships, overseeing your pipeline in South Tyrol and the DACH countries, and guiding team performance from prospecting to closing.
  • Focus on high-value deals, building relationships with top growers, packers, and agribusinesses.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, developing joint strategies and achieving mutual revenue goals.
  • Coach and support sales managers in Italy, Poland, and Turkey, ensuring alignment and performance.
  • Lead major negotiations, delivering value for customers and the company.
  • Maintain deep market insights, monitor trends, and represent the company at trade fairs and industry events in Europe.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer needs into solutions.
  • Report to the Head of Sales Global, providing regular updates on progress and opportunities in Europe.

Profile

Strategic sales leader with a strong commercial drive, passionate about agricultural innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related fields.
  • At least 7 years of successful B2B international sales and partnership experience.
  • Proven ability to close complex enterprise deals and manage long sales cycles.
  • Background in Agriculture, AgTech, or Post-Harvest solutions preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot and modern sales methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Europe.
  • Proficiency in German and Italian; fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
