Founded in 1914, Danieli is a global leader in the design and construction of plants and machines for the steel industry. With over 25 divisions worldwide, we are known for innovation, team spirit, excellence, and reliability.

To strengthen our ICT department, we're looking for an IT professional with solid experience in HR systems, ready to support the implementation, configuration, and management of digital solutions for the Human Resources function. You\'ll work closely with both HR and IT teams to ensure process efficiency and system evolution.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and functional support for HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, Workday)
  • Collaborate with HR to gather requirements and translate them into IT solutions
  • Configure, test, and implement new features and modules
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Support HR digitalization and transformation projects

Technical Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT roles related to HR systems
  • Strong knowledge of at least one of the following: SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, Workday
  • Ability to analyze HR processes and translate them into tech solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Italian and English proficiency

  • Goal-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines in dynamic environments
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally
