Urgent Requirement: Techno Functional Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Techno Functional Business Analyst with strong Banking Domain expertise for our banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Experience: 6-10 years

Location: Abu Dhabi (UAE-based candidates are highly preferred). Candidates from India or GCC with immediate availability are also considered.

Other Details: TA payroll, Full Time employment, 1 vacancy.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Strong banking experience is mandatory.
• Experience as a Business Analyst working on specifications and user stories.
• Good documentation, gap analysis, and requirements gathering skills.
• Knowledge of agile frameworks and transforming business problems into technical solutions.
• Experience with artifacts like Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Data Mappings, and User Stories.
• Hands-on experience with SQL (RDBMS).
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of Python and Dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Scrum Master background is a plus.

Additional Skills

Change Management, System Analysis, Data Mapping, Business Analysis in Banking Technologies.
