IT Specialist : Phc

Overview

We are looking for profiles interested in undertaking a new stimulating job opportunity as UNIX- / Windows Specialists focused on Patching and Security Health Check activities.

You'll be responsible to analyze System Deviations from the agreed values between Kyndryl and Customer as well as for their recovery.

The activity will be applied to the whole Italy Managed Servers perimeter (around 20k) in the first phase and then the support is required to evaluate and implement automations.

New Patches evaluation and implementation are part of the day by day activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system deviations from agreed values between Kyndryl and Customer and manage their recovery.
• Apply patching and security health checks across the Italy Managed Servers perimeter; initial scope ~20k servers.
• Evaluate and implement automation to support ongoing patching and health checks.
• Perform day-to-day patch evaluation and implementation tasks.
