Senior Java Cloud-Native Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Java Software Engineer experienced in cloud-native development to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and innovative solutions.

About This Vacancy

  • Collaborate on the analysis of business requirements with PM and stakeholders.
  • Define technical solutions in synergy with the team, software architects, and engineering managers.
  • Document solutions in detailed technical specifications.
  • Estimate the effort required for each activity and assist in planning.
  • Implement robust and scalable cloud-native solutions.
  • Validate and check deliverables according to established quality criteria.
  • Provide support during testing and troubleshooting phases.

What We Expect From You

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
  • Advanced experience with Java and cloud-native backend development.
  • In-depth knowledge of microservices architectures and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project management.
  • Experience in coordinating small work teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
  • Effective communication and interaction with the team and stakeholders.
  • Aptitude for mentoring and supporting junior resources.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.
