Position at PETTENON COSMETICS.

We are seeking a motivated and precise resource to join our Legal, Corporate Affairs & Compliance department.

The role will support the team in the operational management of the company filing system and in key administrative and organizational activities related to the legal area.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills in legal document management and archiving, both physical and digital.
• Collaborate in the management of internal relationships within the legal office and external relations with other company departments.
• Enhance organizational and time‑management skills in a structured corporate context.
• Implement the new legal CLM tool: storage, search, extraction of contracts and documents within the platform.
• Archive and catalogue legal documents (contracts, deeds, declarations, etc.) in digital and paper formats.
• Organise network folders and shared folders with other departments.
• Prepare documents and PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
• Compare and review legal texts.
• Enter invoices into SAP and update the cost summary file for the Legal function/budget.
• Monitor the signature collection process and manage the signature book.
• Plan appointments and meetings.
• Collect documents for claim management.

Qualifications

• Preferable studies in Law, Economics, Political Science or related fields.
• Curiosity and interest in the legal & corporate domain.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

Contract offered: internship – expense reimbursement.
